Yeah it does. I think. I am not sure. The + and - increase your rating according to the tips given here by other seasoned users. So always give the positive response as well as best responses for your posts. It will help you get better ratings.

I think it could help because you are helping out mylot to keep track of who is doing what they are suppose to do. So, yes I think it does help you out too somewhat.
