Tough choice...The Apatosaurus at Tendaguru are really impressive...The Proboscidians from El Fayoum are fascinating too...

...there's so many great ones! But my favorite African animal is the shaggy maned lion. Big puddy kat with that hugable mane. Not huggable now to, til Christ returns.

The Cheetah - beautiful!
I would have to say a cheetah. It is so graceful, beautiful and it is the fastest animal in the world reaching speeds of 45 - 70 mph. He is one of the few cats that can also swim although it is said he doesn't like to.

My favourite african animal is the cheetah because he is fast and kills the gazelle in a small amount of time, he has an enormous speed of 100 km/h in just 6 seconds. The lion is the king anyway he beats the cheetah.
