I've just written some tips about tourism in Australia below in this thread, but here they go again specially just for you:
Well, if you like big places with lots of people and endless things to do, any of the main cities will have to do for you, such as Sydney, Melbourne or even Brisbane. I personally recommend the Gold Coast, you'll be always bound to have some great vacations around there.

During my college days, I perceived Australia to be a very beautiful country as it has so much to offer especially in terms of its wildlife. It has lots of developments also which one may not find in other countries. At this time however, so many other countries get into the list of those tourist-oriented developed ones. However, Australia will always have her share of nature's beauty no other continent may have. Have a happy guided tour over there.
