I like to eat them all. But, not everyday. Just sometimes. They are all pretty good to have with meals.

According to nutritional consideration, all three are carbohydrates and end up as glucose or sugar which is the primary source of energy for the body. According to taste, all three are plain and mild. According to ease of preparation, all three can be very simple or very complex depending on the accompanying viand. According to availability, all three can be conveniently bought. According to price, all three are economically affordable. My suggestion would be variety, rice for breakfast, bread for lunch, and pasta for dinner. How about that?

I come from the Philippines where rice is the staple food. I prefer to eat rice during meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. I do have occasional servings of pasta usually when going out to eat. Bread is sometimes served during breakfast but rarely does it happen. Rice is still preferred even during breakfast.
how about you, nicolai?

I would choose pasta, but that would be too much for me. Eating pasta every meal is just not right. So, I would have to choose rice instead. You can partner it with any kind of food except whether it be friend, sauced and or just plain rice with other things in it.
