Washed your feet?

Do you have to wash your feet before you get into bed or after coming home from outside? I usually will wash feet before going to bed as well as after I come home from work. It makes me feel cleaner and it also gets rid of all the dust and dirt (and smell). If I don't do it before I sleep I don't feel comfortable. What about you?

i always clean my self. i cant get still knowing that im dusty or dirty. whenever i go out and get back home. i make it sure to atlest wash my face, hands & feet.
these are the most exposed part of teh body. we better clean it immediatly upon reaching home. they carry germs, bacteria & viruses. we better be efficient to prevent sickness. well, that mostly why we want to be clean :)

Hygiene practice is actually just common sense and one of the basic things we should do to take care of ourselves. So, I agree with u on this one!

are u an Indian this type of traditions can be seen in India i also wash my feet before getting to bed my parents tell so many things about it but i do this only for my cleanliness

No, I am a Singaporean Chinese. But I do like to feel comfortable and to me, clean equals comfort. Then I can relax and do other things. It is a good thing to want to be clean.

Yup, our feet sure needs pampering too. I hate it when I have rough skin, especially around my heels.

I usually have shoes and socks on all day, as it's pretty cold where I live right now. SO my shoes are dirty and are left by the door, but my feet are not dirty. So, no, I don't wash my feet. If I didn't feel clean, I'd take a shower.

I appreciate that we will usually do something when it irks us and for me if I feel that my feet is dirty I will go wash it. Thank you for you response.

Umm - I usually have a shower before I go to bed anyway ... but I guess the dirty feet thing depends on if i'm wearing socks! I usually don't feel like i have dirty feet if i've been wearing socks all day. I do if i've been wearing sandals or dressy shoes.

I wash my feet immediately when i come inside my house because i want my place to be clean and tidy. I take bath before going to bed so there is no need to wash the feet again.
