I find youtube easier to use - great to waste time by randomly following related videos. You can download videos from youtube and myspace too http://javimoya.com/blog/youtube_en.php just need a special player for the files. (VLC media player is a good one, it's free & also other file formats & dvds/vcds http://www.videolan.org/ )

Youtube is better and more versatile they can be downloaded too but you do need flaplayer

www.vaddict.com has some cool videos it is a new site and features some original stuff like youtube. Watch.Share.upload, they also run a few contests every month with great prizes, right now the prize is an ipod nano but the contest isn' up yet.

ive never used any of them. ill give them both a try though

I don't download that kind of stuff off the internet..

Youtube, because it's the only video site that doesn't slow down my computer like hell.
