Hi well as some of my friends know I now have sugar diabeties which has recently been discovered so I shall be putting out some help for others that are trying to lose weight so firstly Get plenty of sleep!
Studies have shown that sleep deprivation can lead to carbohydrate cravings (not to mention making you tired and cranky, which can lead to to other bad for you food cravings, too so I hope that this helps those trying to lose weight.

Thanks for that kathy and yup it is so true!
im on a huge weight loss mission at the moment and am excercising like a mad woman and find that if i dont go to bed when im tired i undo all my good work by snacking.
I have been sleeping much better these days though, must be because i am so tired!
Do you have any other tips you might like to share?

I have noticed that I tend to grab for a snack when I feel tired. Its like my body can recognise the difference between tiredness through needing a snack and tiredness through needing sleep.
