I have SBI debit card.I want to enter its card no in paypal account for varification but its not taking. The account no is a 19 digit no and the 3 digit no is not there behind the card which is asked to enter. If filling the form it says i will have to contact my bank to know why my card is getting rejected.I have ICICI's International Debit card too. When i entered the 16 digit no and the 3 digit no behind that card it says the card is not accessable. Can any indian give me idea how to get it verified.

Paypal doesn't work in certain countries. If your country isn't on the drop down list, about all you can do is to have a friend in the US or Canada set up the account for you, then you can log in and change the password. But leave the US/Canada address. You do not have to be verified to use paypal, but then you will again have to have paypal send the funds to your friend's address then they can wire it to you via western union.

paypal do accept non-us debit card.i am from malaysia.recently i did successfully added my debit card to my paypal account.the debit card i used is issued in my country malaysia.they just need 3 digit number at the back of the card.impossible you do not have three didgit number at the back of the card.every credit/debit card have 3 digit number at the back of the card.so you need to contact your local bank which issued that card.besides you might cannot verify because you enter a wrong expired date for your card.at first i was having a bit of trouble too.it was because i entered the wrong expired date so it wasn't a valid card.after that i managed to verify my card.when you verify your card you must enroll to expanded use program as well.that is to block the limit of sending $100 on your paypal account.they will cut USD1.95 from your debit card for verification purposes.but once you bought an item using your paypal they will credit back the money to your account
