i think you had mistaken in write your post. howewer you can restore you pc to a past configuration in time. if nor even the restore in time solve your problem(that i don't know which is it)you can proced to format all your pc, and that will dalate all what you have onto your hardisk. is it clear?

NO. After formatting your system its like an empty hard drive and all of the restore points that was created are also destroyed. For this i would sgugest you to do a restore if you still can fix any issues that you have with it. and treat formatting your hard drive as your last resort!

Well you can go back to the date but the data that has been deleted will not get back to your hard drive so there is no use of doing it.This will not bring back the folders or files that have already been deleted. In other words you can restore your PC but cant retain the data that has been deleted. Will you be my friend??? wel i have added you..now itz upto you to decide.

Ohh!! that means even if i go up to those datas, but i wont be able to access those. That means ultimately its not posible to restore all those datas back to the PC after you have formated your drive ....

No it is not possible to store ur pc at any previous points because after formating there will be nothing left in the harddisk then will not be any restore points left in the harddisk to store our pc to that point.

I think it's impossible to back your computer back to old before you format it. there is norton product called norton ghost, actually this program make image from your hard disk and compressed it. I use it to back my Operating System to fresh installation without install it from zero again.

Nope, you can't get anything back. when you format its like wipping the slate clean, there is a fresh start, with nothing on the drive. Good way to get rid of virus's if nohting else will work.

There's no way you can restore your computer after you format it.How can you access windows to restore it if you dont got a thing in your drive?

Well, if it's not a low-level format there is still a way to recover the files. Provided that the Hard Drive is still detected and you haven't installed anything to it yet. You could use another computer which has an OS installed then you could slave the Hard Drive that you want to back-up.

I believe everyone else summed it up well. You COULD change back to a certain date and time but it would be of no use. Sorry :(.

Easy recovery 6.0 is a good software to recover data, yes u can do it, dont copy more data on that drive because more new data on the formatted drive will decrease the ratio of recovering the data

As long as it's not a Low-Level Format (Putting Zeros on your Hard Drive), you'd still be able to recover your files, provided that you won't install anything to it yet.

no..but if your computer have a partition..and your storage and system file are separated..you can format one of you drive..example D: ..when it comes to date..there is no way of formating..or else you can choose file to the date and erase it..

If it's files you want to retrieve, yes it's possible. I use these programs: PC Inspector File Recovery PowerQuest Lost And Found or Easy Restore recovermyfiles getdataback By the way, what's the format of your hdisk? FAT32 or NTFS?

I think it's imposible because System Restore only restore error system on your PC but not to restore data.
