"Does no damage, whatever you do." From phrasing, sounds Scottish, Burns, someone like.

Eight words of the Witches Rede Fulfill
if it harms none do what thou will
an it harms none=we are protected and it harms no one else in the process. witches believe in justice not revenge. Witches can wait for justice to be served for eventually what goes around will indeed come around.
the Wiccan Rede States that a Wiccan is free to do what they want to as long as it does not harm themselves or another. Harm is normally considered to include manipulation,Domination, attempts to control, physically injure, emotionally harm, or hurt another person or group.
The Wiccan Law obviously prevents a Wiccan to do harm to themselves or others. This belief constantly reminds Wiccans there are many consequences to their actions and they must consider all possible outcomes before acting. The Wiccan Rede binds Wiccan's to do the right thing. because harm returns three fold
if magic is to be used it it used only to prevent a greater harm, to abate the harm.
Hear now the words of the Witches,The secrets we hid in the night
When dark was our destiny pathway,That now we brought forth into the light.
:) i could recite it all but now is not the place or the time
Peace and Blessings
