I eat one meal a day of cereal, SOMETIMES WITH FRUIT!!! is this healthy?

Cereal meals are healthy diet.They need to take occassionaly.But i don't think that a normal person should take that daily.I think that it is necessary when some disease or health problem occurs.

Why would it be unhealthy? There's nothing wrong with cereal or fruit unless you're eating 20 pounds of it for a meal.

Eating just one type of food is not healthy. remeber the four food groups. If you insist on eating just one type of food then at least find a good multi Vitamin to help replace some of the vitamins you are not getting.
