What goes good with a cold roast chicken?

make chicken sandwiches with miricale whip and some chips on the side. happy mylot day.

perhaps make sandwiches of the chicken, and have fries with it or make a salad and maybe a baked tater or some corn would be good! yummmm!

How about adding it to a big salad with lots of veggies. You can also add pineapple or mandarin oranges to it. I like mixes spring greens and chicken with cheese, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, black olives and bacon with ranch dressing.
