Definitely India can beat China, but surely it will take lots of time. Also there are so many things to be changed to get through devolpment as China has already achieved. India has to be free from coruption and political game in every filed. General people should be aware of what is going on in the country and they should take part in every good changing. Most importantly India would have to get control over population as China is getting control over their population.
