Who is your favorite TV family?

I always liked the Cosby show. I actually think I learned some parenting skills from Cliff and Claire.

I'd have to say the Fishers on Six Feet Under. They're just more dysfunctional than my famly..and just very complex characters..they go through the weirdest and angstiest situations. We're just fond of them lol.

I think we all wanted to be part of the Brady bunch when we were kids. Over all though my favorites are a bit more realistic familys. Rosanne, Grace Under Fire, Reba, those I like and enjoy all the time. They have the humor but they are set a bit more on how people really are and not the ideal families.

I love the Connor family. Roseanne was a great show that I still watch reruns of pretty regularly. They were a real blue collar family with real problems but always had a sense of humor about it. I also loved the Keatons on Family Ties. They were a close knit family with ex-hippie, liberal, idealistic parents which I thought was cool. I liked when Elyse would try out her healthy vegetarian meals on the family. The coolest thing though was that they lived in Columbus, OH which is where I'm from.

I'm not laughing, I wanted to be Marcia Brady. I do have to agree with you on the Huxtable's. I still watch the re runs. I also liked Family Affair, a bit of a different type of family, but there was alot of love there as well.

I think my favorite tv family is the family from 7th heaven. there is so much love and support in that family and it's such a big family. i've always wanted to experience being in a big family and the fact that there is always someone there for you.

I love the Huxtables!!! So loving, caring, funny, creative. I also love the Charmed Ones (the Halliwell sisters.) I wouldn't mind being a Halliwell :)

Both friend's and SATC are like a family.. groups of friends really closely knitted together is to prefer almost :) So I'd be a member of the Friend's group!
