Nicholas Sparks writing style is amazing. His narrative voice excels. I love all his books.

If you haven't read it yet, Conversations With God by Neale Donald Walsch changed my entire perspective on life and most certainly about organized religion and the concept of God. I highly recommend it. Reading this book started me on a journey of study and exploration of my own spirituality that will likely never end in this physical lifetime.

Thank you for the rec. I'll be sure to search for that book since I'm also interested in books about sprituality similar to My Purpose Driven Life.

Hi! Well, if you'd like something on the lighter side, I'd recommend Can You Keep a Secret? by Sophie Kinsella. It was funny and drew me in to the story line. I also liked The Devil Wears Prada by Lauren Weisberger. The book was quite a bit different from the movie. It went into more detail about what the main character's life was really like. :-)

I loved the book "Helen of Troy" by Margaret George. Even though it contains a lot of detail, it is an excellent read. The story is woven through with facts and many facets of Helen's life that are not common knoweledge. You should love this book.
