Thats very unusual! Must be a cultural difference. My usual breakfast consists of cheese on toast and coffee.

My breakfast usually contains lots of fruit, and tea. Sometimes I will have a breakfast bar.

I love to hav aaloo ka paraathas ..i really love them..with amul butter and curd..they are perfect to start a day (or may be to sleep...lol..)

Well this morning I hate a Special K granola bar, and a cup of blueberry yogurt. Normally I eat egg whites and some fruit for breakfast.

I eat actually anything over breakfast, as long as I have a nice hot cup of coffee to go with it.

instant Pancit canton with pan de sal is very great with hot native tsokolate for breakfast. i really miss this combination since our asian store here in our place in the U.S. don't have it all the time. what we usually grab for breakfast here are eggs , spam & french toast with swiss miss choco drink or fresh milk.
on weekends we can prepare garlic rice , salted egg with tomatoes in chili vinegar & crispy fried milkfish! much more we love also for breakfast are tocino ; longganisa ; chinese chorizo & cocktail purefoods hotdog :)

Rice or Mee (noodles). Normally is Nasi Lemak or Fried rice. Or Fried Mee. In the morning i only drink plain water.
Rarely i take bread as a breakfast.

i dont agree with a heavy breakfast the word itself denotes that breaking the fast which has been taking in the night and a fast should be broken only by taking any light food like fruits or any vegetable juices.and after only 2 or 3 hours go for any heavy food.some says that if you skip breakfast you will lose energy for work for the day.but it will take 6 or 7 hours to get the heavy food to get digested and assimilated so .if youtake breakfast in the morning the benefit of which will get only in the evenign .i go for fruits for breakfast
