Do you like the people who correct you?

Are there people who correct you? Are there people who point out what is wrong and what can still be improved? Usually these are the people we would rather avoid because they make us uncomfortable. Oftentimes, they are the KJ's(kill joys)in our lives. But consider yourself lucky if you have people like that in your life. These are the people who really care. They just accept to be rejected by you, just because they care for you.

Yes, there are people who correct me but they are divided into two types of individuals.
1)The ones who talk tactlessly.
2)The ones who can tell it to you in the utmost civilized manner. Those who know what the right unoffensive words to use.
Like for instance, the tactless one will say "hey, he's so stupid because his grades are so low." and there's the cvilized one "he's academically challenged. his grades need a lot of improving." I guess you know what I mean.
It's ok to point out my faults, I'm all open for... tell me I have body odor or even bad breath but pls. do it in a modern, constructive, unoffensive manner as much as possible so that you won't sound stupid yourself.

I have a great respect for those who take the pain to observe my mistake and suggest correction. They are in fact our real well wishes, though they have a ego of blowing their trumphets. One has to suspect a guy who constantly praises us, but one should always welcome a guy who criticises us or corrects us.

I like the people who correct because of them i can improve myself some people will be uncomfertable with that but u must accept ur mistakes and correct.We must keep one thing in mind that the people who cares us only will correct u others will neglect u.........

yes ofcourse i like them,cause by only knowing your mistakes you can correct them else you will repeate them again and again and due to that mostakes you may be fall in very bad situation like nobody wanna to talk to you or nobody like you due to that mistakes.i think that people who waste their time to correct me are best freinds of me cause they wanna to correct me and i don't think that there is any bad thing to correct myself.

hmmmm.... thats a difficult question!
I like people who pass healthy criticisim, who do it because they want me to do better and have my best interest at heart but then there are individuals who correct you or find faults in you just for the sake of letting you down or making you feel inferior, these are the types i dont like and avoid!

healthy criticism are good ones. these are the type of corrections where the intension of the one who corrected is pure.

I'm very rarely corrected by someone else because I like to be very self-disciplined when it comes to either talking or writing, so you'll rarely see me commiting a mistake. I think that people that are oftenly corrected shouldn't be discouraged because of that, as you say, they should be glad they have people in their lifes who want to make them improve.

yes, those who correct you but have no bad intentions whatever want you to be a better person...once they've corrected you example for your pronunciation, in your childish actions, in your behaviors, if said in a nice and friendly way, well, its ok...

Yes I like people specially my love ones to correct me. For it is for my own good thats why they are correcting me. They are just concern thats why they are doing that to me and I dont think it is as negative but positive side.

I give much appreciation on people who correct me. I usually take their criticisms with gratitude and not hostility. At first, we might fell upset or offended whenever people correct us, but if we think about it, we relaized that they correct us because they want us to do better.

im a stubborn man when im still a teen-ager dont like to be corrected by my parents though, but as i grow matured and have family i know how to become one..and appreciate all the nurturing and disciplined ive got when still young...i learned to appreciate my parents now more than ever..
