PPl we all wanna earn more right,if so then start marking best response.That way we get more money for posting good response

well what you say is true, but i don't believe that indiscriminate ratings are a good idea. Ratings are made to rate quality posts, and obviously yeah, we tend to help our friends, but rating just ANY post of any person we see around, not caring if it's stupid or useless is not the best policy to follow in my opinion.
