Admitting guilt

Why are human beings so afraid of admitting something?

well...i guess its because they dont want to suffer the consequences...they are afraid of getting the punishment. basically "cowards" i personally feel that its a lot better to admit your mistake than suffocate in its guilt... hey nice topics by the way...cheers:)

I don't know the answer to this question as I would much rather admit to something than to suffer with it inside waiting to be found out.

I think some people are just proud of admitting that, but I would admit it when I am wrong. I don't see anything wrong with that. We are all humans and we're bond to make mistakes sometimes. It think it is ok to do so as well.
