metallica v/s iron maiden v/s nirvana v/s korn

I really have to agree with you becuase it is very much right. It's like compairing (A hamster to a piece of lard). They are nothing alike, but I have to tell you this I would probally like Metallic becuase there songs are just the best out of all of the bands you named.

I'm assuming you meant Metallica were THRASH metal, and not TRASH metal hahaha, but i'll agree with what you first said, accident or not. I think metallica are trash. Just because they are one of the more popular metal bands, does not make them one of the better ones by a mile. There's so much better than them out there, u just have to open your ears. PS...UP THE IRONS! Iron Maiden Rock!!!

In Spanish and probably similar languages (maybe Portugese? I don't know), they don't seem to use the "th" sound as much as English speakers do, and on Spanish language websites it's common to see "trash metal" as a genre. Another example is Leviathan Metal Magazine, though since it's based in Costa Rica it's actually spelled "Leviatan" with only a "t" instead of a "th." Then again, typos happen too, lol.

Can you guess who I'll pick? Hahaha, Metallica of course. Even though they've changed a lot since they're days as thrash metal pioneers, I still like 'em quite a lot. They've put out some stuff I didn't particularly care for all that much, but overall no single band has had an impact on me like they have. After them I've gotta go with Maiden. I do like Nirvana, probably just 'cause I grew up hearing them a lot, but I really don't like Korn at all. A couple of songs I've heard are alright, but they get on my nerves and there's just something about them I can't stand. But like everyone's already said, you're not just comparing apples and oranges, it's like cabbage and watermelon, wayyyy different, hahaha.

Man, I totally agree with you here. I started listening to Metallica when they very first came out. Their music now sucks, I cant even listen to it, it doesnt even come close to comparing to their early music. Stupid me got a Metallica tattoo when I was young, now I need to cover it up LOL.
