Does this actually surprise anyone? That someone is finally claiming that one of these many weight loss marketers are making false advertisements? A class-action lawsuit has been filed and The Federal Trade Commission has announced that Trim-Spa is going to pay $1.5 million in order to settle the allegations that their weight loss products were unsubstanstiated. And TrimSpa released an announcement stating that they will support actions to help "clean up" the weight loss industry. TrimSpa disputes that their products have no scientific support. Now, if they are willing to pay this amount to settle and then offer to help "clean up" the weight loss industry, wouldn't this be some sort of admission of guilt. At least some admission that maybe the product isnt as powerful as they claim, just like many other false weight loss products claim. But my honest true opinion about the whole situation. Every doctor and every weight loss product I have come across states that for best and maximum results you should use the products along with diet and exercise.

No it doesn't surprise me. This person probably sat on their butt and then said the product didn't work. You know how many other people could sue other companies for doing the same thing? They ALL say it works best with diet and exercise.
I do hope they clean up the weight loss industry. There are so many products out there that are dangerous for people.
