Well your list is pretty good, but being a Niner fan I have to say the most impressive thing was the Niners turnaround. It was like a tale of two teams, and for us Niner fans it was a long awaited change. I think they are finally on the right track.
I think one honorable mention should go to Jeff Garcia for how well he played when McNabb got hurt. I think he is a better quarterback than he is givne credit for and he really showed it this year. (I know, former Niner so I am biased)
The thing that most made me go hummmm, was the quarterback carosel that seemed to be going around this year. It was great to see some rookies make their starts and do well. I didn't agree with the change at Denver. I know people were mad at Plummer but I think they would have had a better chance making it ot the playoffs with Plummer behind center.
I am bummed that the season is over. I can't wait to see how my Niners do next year. I am expecting good things.

Great point! I can't believe I forgot Jeff Garcia! I still think it was a mistake letting him go, but Terrell Owens seemed to have the GM's head clouded or something. But I am also a diehard niner myself, I see great things for Alex in the future...very near future

I predicted at the beginning of this year that the Niners would be in the playoffs in the 2008 season and win the Superbowl in the 2010 season. I am inclined to maybe shorten those numbers after this year. I too see great things out of Alex. I think he just needs to mature a little and get more comfortable leading the game. I think he definately has the raw talent and I do see him hanging around for many years to come and helping us get a few more rings.
