What brand of toilet paper do you use? Why do you like that one best?

Right now we have Quilted Northern, but it's not that soft. We only bought it because it was cheap at Sams Club. I would like to know what other people use and like because we are almost out of the rolls and need to buy some more toilet paper soon.
I would love to find a really soft toilet paper.
let me know what you buy and why you like it.
thanks.

Seventh Generation
It's all recycled materials, and thin, and meant to dissolve better to create less waste and less harm to sewage treatment facilities. I try to do what I can to help he environment.

I love Charmin when I live in the States, I think that's what it's called. It's what we buy there because it's really soft. Here in the Philippines, I always wash with feminine wash and water when doing #1 and wipe dry with towel. For #2, we wash with soap and water a couple of times and dry with towel. Yes we're used to handling that, washing with bare hands but I make sure I really wash it off good and wash my hands with an anti bacterial hand wash alot LOL too much information huh? hahaha... when I'm out, I bring wet wipes and toilet paper.

I use Charmin'. That's the softest I could find out there. I have only used both brands: Charmin and Quilted Northern. Charmin is the best. You should try it.. =)

I like to use recycled toilet paper as it is better for the environment. I use Nouvelle because it is cheaper than some of the supermarkets cheap ones and it is soft as well.

I use the not so soft Scotts tissue. I used to love buying cottonelle but my kids went thru the rolls to quickly. I was forever running out.

Hi Rachel,
In Canada, you can get a cheap toilet paper with no brand name. Its quality is okay although it is not soft.

We always use Angel Soft because it's cheap and actually pretty soft. My mom always buys Scott brand and everytime I'm at my parents house when I use the bathroom it feels like I'm using sandpaper on my butt, LOL!

Charmin is the one we like best but I usually go with the cheaper varieties I do like quilted northern and the other softer ones. I dont like the government paper.

well that depends on what's cheaper. i like charmin with aloe. it's soft and has aloe so it's healing in a way. lol. i have also used cottonelle. i really like it because it's soft and not too expensive. they last a while too if you buy the triple rolls.

WE usually buy cottonelle. However at times of financial distress like now, we buy whichever is cheaper:) But I have to confess that I do miss the softness. Cottonelle is my preferred brand for a long, long time. I really find it's softer than most brands but it's also strong enough not to rip or tear when it shouldn't :)
