If you had a choice between your children or yourself dying,

I'm not a father yet but I think I would give my life for my son without even thinking about it because I think I wouldn't be able to live my life thinking that I lost a son, it must be painful as hell.

I am not a parent but if I was and had a choice I would want to die before my child. I think being a parent is putting your child first and trying to protect him or her always. I also do not think a Mother after giving birth to a child would want to go on and live if that child was not part of it.

Well if the choice were truly me or them there is no question I would die for them. If it was me or POSSIBLY them and I thought I could save them, I would try to save them but would never take the chance if I wasn't 100% sure I could save them.

I guess this would depend on the situation... I would naturally choose to give up my life because I don't think I can bear the thought of seeing my own flesh and blood die. On the other hand, if I'm pregnant and if it comes to the point that the doctore tells me that my labor may be fatal if I continue with it and if he says that there is still a possibility of me still having a baby, then maybe I might choose to save myself. I don't know. This is such a hard question to answer. Either way, it's still a loss. I guess it's just a matter of choosing the lesser evil.

Thats a no brainer really, I would of course sacrifice myself first without a question, and i dont know anyone in the world that would choose otherwise. Thats the thing about a relationship between a parent and a child the bod is so deep that you will do anything to protect them, even if it is giving up your own life

I would die for my child. She's not even born yet and I would die for her. My husband knows if anything happens in this pregnancy where he has to chose between the doctors trying to save me and trying to save her he needs to tell them to save her.

If I had a choice between my children and myself dying, I would choose myself as I have lived my life and they are really only starting their lives as they are in their twenties now and just starting to enjoy their partners and husband and wives live and have children of their own now.

i think i will choose myself dying.my children are young and have a long time to live . they havent gone the happinst time.i will let them all right.

I would definately let my kids live over myself! I can't imagine anything else. Yes, if they survive, they will be without a mother, but they have such a long life left ahead of them and my life has been blessed and I have fulfilled a lot of dreams already. I want my kids to experience the same things. I think this would be the ultimate gift of love.

I would choose for myself to die because my children have their whole lives ahead of them. I couldn't imagine them dying. It would kill me. I would be so depressed that I wouldn't want to live without them anyway.

I am sure, I will sacrifice myself for my kid; Cos I love her very mush; I can't imagain to live without here.
