These bonding moments are when I spend time with her. I play with her, read stories to her, do a painting or color a picture with her, watch cartoons with her, do children's crafts with her, participate in an activity in her school, help her with her homeworks, take a bath with her playing, go out with her and shop with her. Sometimes she helps me with a chore which interest her, that instantly become a bonding moment for us too.

Well my daughter is 17 now and hardly a kid, but we've always enjoyed doing art together - she's now at art college! Now she's older we have loads in common, including music, shopping, we have the same size shoes so it's fun to go shoe shopping together and then 'borrow' each others shoes, she's just started to learn to drive and i'll be giving her a few lessons soon so that will be another sharing interest!
