Seeing the boss jump in right beside them and helping an employee with their jobs. Hearing "thank you" and "I appreciate you" and you are doing a good job.Do not talk down to them, so not lose your patience with them. Do not make them feel like being the boss is being superior.

Try to match jobs with personnel personality and character traits.In other words, give a frontline position to someone of a sunny disposition (extrovert) who enjoys interaction with strangers.
