What is the best way to leave addiction of smoking

Smoking is such an addiction. Just one more, one more and it goes one. its one of the toughest addiction to quit i say. what is the best way to Quit smoking. Any suggestions?

Well the best excuse I had to give up smoking was when I got pregnant and found it really easy to give up as I had really bad morning sickness. A few people I have known have given up with patches or gum. Willpower is the only thing needed though!
