were you mad??

Well, when I saw this movie, I didn't think of it as 'Julia and Dermot'. It was 'Julianne and Michael'. I think that a lot of times when people are upset with a movie or TV show, it is because they are having trouble seeing the characters and are focusing more on the actors. It isn't uncommon for people to approach an actor to ask them why they did something that THEIR CHARACTERS did. That being said, I liked the 'real world' ending to this movie. Michael and Julianne had their shot, it didn't work out, and Michael married someone who was perfect for him. Julianne realized that, and it helped her to grow up. THe transformation made for a really great movie.

A little bit disappointed. Overall, the movie is great :)

first of all, were you able to see the 'other ending' of this movie? the other one showed that julianne met another guy and was flirting her way through the ending... going back, i wouldve wanted to have julianne and michael end up together, but i guess the ending showed in the movie best described the kind of friendship they had between them... you know, that kinf where you love somebody too much you just had to let him have his own happiness?

first thing if julia and dermont ended up together, well the movie will not be title as "My best friend's wedding". it's a bit disappointing but i find it a better ending. at least julia realizes that they are not really meant for each other but only as best of friends.

Actually,I feel a little bit disappointed. I want julia is the bride. However,she gave up.And I, have no choice but to accept the ending.

Well, I want Julia and his bestfriend dermot get married but sad to say he loves cameron in the movie. So i have no choice but to hhmmp..pity julia!

I like the ending that way. For a change. And besides, theyre not meant for each other.

at first but when i watch the movie for the second time i enjoy seeing Julia and his new friend (Rupert)... I like them!!!
