I have seen Lea played her award winning role of Kim in the broadway hit musical "Miss Saigon" here in the Philippines a few years ago. Since it opened in London (1989), I've been an avid follower. After 11 years of waiting, finally I've been a witness to something which gave our country much pride. To those who have seen Miss Saigon Manila, share your experiences and let's all relive Lea's glorious moment on stage.

I watched the last performance March 2001,it was a gradualtion gift given by my parents to me.I was so nervous coz i loved the musical since I was 9 years old and waited for it to be shown here in the Philippines.I was overwhelmed when i watched teh show and was blown away of jow great the show is.It was one of the moment that made me proud as a Filipino for the world class talent we have.Its one of the most memorable experience in my life.Though oi wasnt LEa who portrayed Kim ,still it was amazing and everything i have hoped for and more.

hi first of all, welcome to mylot! i regret that i missed Miss Saigon Manila, though i have a casette tape compilation of Miss Saigon. You're lucky that you witnessed the live stage play you already belong to the history my friend. But i expect all her performances were great, always a standing ovation according to my cousins and friends. i don't know a single filipino who's not a follower of this amazing lady..she's a pride of every Filipino people.
