minyang my suggestion is to make a "TO DO LIST" in your everyday activities so that you can monitor it whether it is done or not.

What can you say about FitFlops? I just bought mine last week and i still do not know if it has effects already. It promises to tone your thighs and your legs and buns too while you walk and go about your regular routine!

minyang yes i own one..the Electra style and will soon buy another one. Try to use it everyday and you will notice that you won't feel tired especially in long walks.

Me, i will just ignore him/her. Usually, i don't want to involve in that difficult situations..what if that guy/girl has a gun or something deadly..i will regret it for the rest of my life.

minyang My suggestion is try laser hair removal and peeling from reliable skin care centers. Plucking, shaving and waxing are the cause for dark underarms so i think my suggestion is the best to have whiter UAs. Hope this helps.
