minyang my suggestion is to make a "TO DO LIST" in your everyday activities so that you can monitor it whether it is done or not.

which tv station do you watch most? abs-cbn? GMA? abc? others? As for me, I watch GMA. I think their shows provides more lessons in life and they produce quality shows that children of all ages can enjoy.

minyang of course, i don't watch shows from local stations only. i also like the shows from Star World (American Idol, Grey's Anatomy, Desperate Housewives, etc.) Also, i love to watch shows in Star Sports especially Celebrity Poker tournaments.
