i think we have the origins of a spiritual revolotion begining in western society.Buddism is growing in popularity because it gives more explainations than other religions but i believe than one day everyone will be of the same beliefs, not of muslim, christianity, buddist etc because there is only one truth and this is the things they all have in common, they all point in the same direction.karma is heaven, god is energy, your opinions please?

You may be right. But as to your statement that karma is heaven, my understanding is that karma is a wheel to which you are bound and an enlightened persons deftly avoids karma by NOT DOING. God probably is energy and more. Perhaps the common grounds of religion speak to the truth. To my mind anyway, religion and God are not the same thing.

Oooonions- You assert that “there is only one truth”. I wonder, how do we answer the relativists
who claim that truth is relative, and therefore, there isn’t an absolute truth. I believe as you do, that there is only one truth, but moral relativism persists in our classrooms, media, and popular culture. Moral relativism rationalizes behavior that is repugnant. Innocents are slaughtered and professor Ward Churchill likens them to “little Ikemans”. Osama calls for Jihad against all infidel and blows things up, some Christian fundamentalists want to save fetuses and kill abortionists, all claim that the truth is with them. Remember “Gott mit uns” ?
A spiritual revolution is probably the best hope for mankind, but the answer isn’t going to be found in religion or dogma.

i agree that everthing is to relative except life, that is life is one truth that in our knowledge isnt relative to anything except itself, but the truth is our aim is become as mentally connected to other life as possible by treating everything with love and consideration witch is causing good karma and taking us to heaven,i believe!.thanks for your input

Religion comes very much under ‘territory’ and people will always want to mark their own by pissing on the lamp-post of others.
That will never stop.

Religions are many, but the road is the same. Flowers are many, but worship is the same, professions are many but living is the same.

Religion and Spirituality are two different things.
I do believe that we are beginning a 'Spiritual Revolution" and it's NEVER TOO SOON either!
Did you know that Angels are one of the things that all religions include?

Spirituality does not mean leading a lonely ascetic life. Spirituality means getting rid of attachment and hatred and looking upon the whole humanity as one.

Spirituality is not solitude, living alone. Spirituality is having equal-mindedness toward everyone, living with all and helping all (ekatama bhava). Mix in society but single- mindedly attach your mind and heart only to God. Be aware of the unity that all is one, then only can one enter into Divinity. Have relationship with Love and God, and attain oneness. Have the feeling of oneness; do not think that you are different from others.

I think life would be very dull if we all believed exactly the same thing, but I do hope that as time passes we will judge poeple more on our shared similarities than on our diffeences, and what will become important is that we agree on many points about how to live a decent life rather than disagreeing about the exact name we give our notions of spirituality

I dont think so.God is omnipotent and omnipresent.God is in Spirit form.Have you read the Bible? Bible is written in the simplest way, so than every comman man can understand. For God so loved the world that he gave His only Son Jesus, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
Lets not limit God in a religion. Christianity, Hinduism, Buddism, Islam...all these are man made.God the suprime made man in His own image, not to create religion. When you know the truth the truth itself will set you free.

If God is a flower, you should feel yourself a bee that sucks its honey, if he is tree, be a creeper that clings to it, if he is the sky, be a tiny star that twinkles in it. Above all, be conscious of the truth that you and He are bound by supreme love.
