Who here often wakes up with weird aches and pains due to how they sleep at night? I often wake up with a sore neck or a tingly arm.

*raises hand* I do! Somehow I contort into lots of funny positions that feel great at the time, but leave me totally stiff/sore in the morning. (And apparently I talk in my sleep. Or, to be more specific, I growl in my sleep. A couple of nights ago, according to my SO who laying in bed watching TV while I was asleep, I muttered something that sounded like "MINE!" and made this fire-breathing dragon noise, and then rolled over. I have no memory of this.)

I've actually woken up and not been able to feel my arm at all. Which is always kinda scary. You poke it, nothing. You try to move it...you have no control and it just flops around, probably hitting you in the face. Then the blood starts flowing again, and it burns like Hades. Isn't the human body wonderful???

sometimes, like these days... i do experience some nneck pain, its stiff neck. and im having hard time turning the ways around but im exercisng it.. and im planning to move it around and not making it a pampered pain... its my problem coz i sleep with different positions then waking up always with no pillow and so away from my first sleeping post... ^_^ anyway, if you cant take it, just take some pain reliever so it wont ruin your day because of the pain.. take care ^_^

You probably move around a lot in your sleep like tossing and turning. The tingly feeling can very well be due to sleeping on your arm.

What I hate most is when I get a cramp in my foot while I'm falling asleep. It's like my foot suddenly has a mind of its own. I also sometimes get tingly fingers. I think this is due to laying my head on my hand, and somehow cutting off the circulation that way.
