how to avoid anemea???

hi
now iam pregnant 3 months ..my doctor told me that iam a anemic patient..friends tell me how to avoid that...

you should eat foods high in iron, like lots of dark green veggies, liver if you can stand it, also watercress; i was also diagnosed anemic in my first pregnancy, just take your prenatal vitamins, and iron pills at night before bed. wishing you a good pregnancy.

to avoid anemea you should eat food contain a high iron and you should eat vegetabiles and eat spinich cause it contain a high iron and avoid drinking tea and coffee and eat a red meat
