hi now iam pregnant 3 months ..my doctor told me that iam a anemic patient..friends tell me how to avoid that...

abefa89 to avoid anemea you should eat food contain a high iron and you should eat vegetabiles and eat spinich cause it contain a high iron and avoid drinking tea and coffee and eat a red meat
