woohoo, i am so happy for you,,congratulations to the new mommy,,weheeee,,
honestly, i am so glad for you,,as you felt being a true mother, you bear a child, and that is the most important thing in the world..
i get jealous and envy of those women who bear and had a child,as i cannot experience that because of some reasons...
but i do have an adopted baby boy, that is why i am a mother too..'
goodluck to us, and salute to all mommy's out there...

it went a lot better than I imagined, but longer than I hoped! lol. I thought I'd have her the same day they started to induce me (wrong!) haha, I had scar tissue that was preventing me to dialate, so I had to wait to get an epi and then the nurse broke the band of tissue and my water broke when she did that. The doc had been trying to break that band every few hours and OMG did that hurt! I would cry and about break my husbands hand off!!

Congratulations! Is she your first? What did you name her?
My son is 10 months old now. I was pretty lucky too. I had a hard 6 hours, but he was healthy and I'm so glad. I just enjoy every moment with him.

Yes, she's my first, we named her peyton. I have a 20 month old step daughter though, so I've had a little practice, but it's not the same as your own.

Congrats. I understand. I just had a girl on Dec. 22nd (my 3rd) it seemed like I waited forever for her to be here. Enjoy your little bundle.

Congratulations on your new arrival.I'm sorry to hear you had two days of labor and had to be induced.I was induced with my son but only because I think I wanted him to get here faster and I wanted the one Gynecologist to deliver my son.Well he did alright, I had him in 6 hours and the labor pains came hard and fast.My daughter I had in 4 hours without being induced and the labor pains were not as bad. I could handle them better than when I was induced with my son.

Yea, I had the option to wait another week, but I couldnt! I ended up getting an epidural- thank god for those!! I was in labor that long because I had scar tissue that wasnt letting me dialate, so after they gave me the epi, they broke it and my water broke and she was born 3 hours later!

Congratulations to you. You have so much to be proud of. Make sure and take it easy on yourself. Take naps when the baby naps. And make sure your man pampers you and treats you like the goddess you are.
