Free International Calls Online?

If you have both internet it is very easy to use yahoo or msn messenger as a phone but if the person you want to call only has a landline then i think you need to use voIP, if you have cable I am using lingo right now and I can call everywhere in the United States, canada and 25 european countries for $24 a month UNLIMITED ...
