Is this happening to you too?

I think the MyLot have been doing some housekeeping .. I noticed my 'earnings' were changing around all over the place for an hour or two .. they went down .. ohhh nooo .. they went up again ... hoorayyy .. sigh then down again .. booooo ... then up again ... yippeee for me .. Luckily at the end of the updates I have had a few extra $$$$'s gifted to me .. not quite sure what I did to qualify for them but I very much appreciate them 'falling' in my direction ... wooohoooo for me !! However, I do see it's very frustrating if you are one of the 'losers' in this latest housekeeping session .. I can only imagine that they have been weeding out some of the 'cheaters' or even 'winkling' out some of the discussions that don't quite fit within the rules .. Whatever the reasons were I do wish MyLot would warn us .. I thought I was flippin' going mad or my computer playing up when it first started ..

Mylot is currently undergoing a clean up process for the month of January. They have deleted some old discussopns which they saw some violation of copy paste. If you have responded to some of those discussions your earning have been deleted as well. Same goes to your star rating. I know I posted over fity responses on Sunday and I only got a few cents for all my hard work. However, to-day I noticed that my earnings had risen by almost $5 so I am assuming that some corrections have been made by myLot. I see now that my earnings were last updated 12 hours ago, and they are not usually updated until mid-day GMT. I think it is all very confusing.

yes sweetlady. it happened to almost everyone here in mylot. earnings were updated twice. some got additional dollars in their accounts, some lose few dollars or cents. this is because mylot is now correcting the calculations of our earnings for the february payout. don't worry much about it. enjoy mylotting.:)

Ya it happened with me today, I found reduction of more than $1, in my earning. ALthough I add a refferel today. Added 5 photos accorging to the topic. Also participated more than 10 ostings. God knows better what happened.

at times they are late in their updates, check it out again later , it might get adjusted. it happened to me yesterday then it got adjusted today.or maybe you are not being rated by people

Is this the earnings adjustment that mylot had mentioned before? My earnings didn't significantly change though.

All they did to mine was take off what they had already paid me. I like it, I now know how much I am at without figuring it out.

Yes I thought I noticed that last night Im a couple dollars short too. I dont appreciate this without giving us a reason. What should we do about it?

This is normal as mylot admin says that payments are not final until the actual payout, it can go up or down, i know it's frustrating when it goes down but this month I was one of the lucky ones who received a little extra.. I was happy to see my payout goes up than what was pending for payment.. better luck for you next month and try to avoid responding to any discussion you think it to be "low quality" even if it was there for long, most likely it will be deleted eventually and you lose some cents..

I actually read a lot of posts where others have seen their money drop but I saw mine increase by about 5 dollars. I was thinking it had to do with cleaning up discussions that were spamming and those that participated lost those earnings. But that didn't explain why mine increased.

This affected me too. For some reason, they updated twice then added just a dollar or two from last month's earnings then minus one point on my ratings. huh! Im confused.. and disappointed.

someone told me that they are doing it usually every month were they erase discussion that are not related or i just forgot the exact term (sorry).and they deduct your earnings and gave it to those topic who is more relevant to mylot.

Same thing was happened to me, And I dont know why, almost of our friend here also have that problem, may be my lot could brief us, but until now I have no email from mylot to tell me about this thing.It still a mysterious to us.

Every month before awarding the payments, they tinker with the earnings. Seems like we were good enough to pay in the beginning why go back and rethink was was done. Their algorythm thingy is ever changing and so that must impact our earnings. I fortunate to not have lost any yet. Actually gained a bit. My star may have had something to do with it? only a guess. Sorry you lost dollars, it seems to be that way with a group of people. Keep particpating and you will earn! and learn!

Same thing happened to me, but one exception my earnings increased by about 2.5 $, no idea how, it was increased in jan earnings, so maybe i got its coz i got some best responses for posts i posted then?? its my guess can anyone authenticate. Thanks

yeah it happening to me also. I think they are deleting useless post. But it is scam as they should not give us earning at time of posting if we are not accepting mylot conditions?

Well I haven't been here long enough to experience this before, but I think it is because they are about to arrange the payouts, so they are checking the site, removing dulplicate posts, and counting up replies to our threads etc. They do always say the money we get each day is only an estimate, and subject to change, so I guess this is when they change them!

Hi. I can't help why this all is happening. Read some other posts also, complaining about the same decrease in earnings. It might be possible that myLot is having some problems in its system; and that it will soon be rectified so all of you get your hard earned money back in your account. We can only wait and watch. Ya you can complain to the myLot team if required. Good Luck.
