Can anyone teach me and give me tips to become a good "HUSBAND"

So many people would have so many different ideals of what constitutes a good husband! To me, I would assume that being honest, open, communicative, faithful, understanding, loving, supportive, romantic, hard working and compassionate would be a great start! Treat others as you would expect to be treated yourself and always make the effort to never take your wife and family for granted. And most importantly, always make an effort to communicate! My partner and I have a rule which we have never broken..... We never go to bed angry with each other. A new day together should never start with negative past influences.

i salute you for posting this discussion.it's not everyday that i hear a man say that he wants to be a good husband and asks for advice openly. i am not yet married but i hope my opinions could also add some help.. I think as a husband, you should remember the following, trust,respect, communication, and time. Ive written the same in another discussion before but let me just say it again. These are the key ingredients that you must make sure that you dont lose in your relationship with your wife. Trust and respect your wife at all times. Also, try to be understanding, there will be times when your marriage will be not be sailing smoothly but just stay strong and support each other. You must be there for your wife and family at all times, make them feel safe and secured with you no matter how busy you may get with your work or other activities. Bless you and your family.

To be a good husband, you should show your wife in any possible way that you love her and how much you appreciate her. Don't be afraid to give her compliments and let her know in words how happy you are that she is in your life. With open communication, the rest of the things will follow.

Hi there. I see that the posts above me have already mentioned the things/traits you'll need so I'll just add a few things. Always keep your cool. Working and being a husband and father all at the same time can be tiring at times so you have to remember to always be cool. No matter how tired you feel or grumpy you get because of work, avoid taking it out on your family. The greatest treasure you can ever find is right there .. it's your family. Good luck!

Give your wife lots of attention and understanding.Take your roles seriously and never cheat on her.
