Do you wash your hands before and after eating or in everything you do?

I wash my hands after I finish doing anything. I know that I always wash my hands after I go to the bathroom. I actually used to have a friend who would never wash her hands after she had gone to the washroom. She used to always tell me that she washes her hands when taking a bath or even a shower & that is all she needs to do to keep her hands clean throughout the day. The minute that I heard that I couldn't help but cringe as I found that to be rather unsanitary. I remember how she'd try to touch my face or my belongings & I couldn't help but get disgusted afterwards because I felt like she was spreading germs, as well as bacteria all over the place. And I was always so concerned to go to her place for dinner since I knew that she didn't wash her hands as often as I did. And that bothers me. I'd much rather have someone wash there hands frequently when they are preparing food. I've witnessed to many times people who will use a public washroom.. And will just leave the rest room without washing there hands. I've actually even witnessed people not even getting there children to wash there hands after they had gone to the washroom. I find that to be rather disgusting & having to witness a parent teaching this to there child just makes me shake my head.. I wish some people would wake up & realize how important it is for one to wash there hands. Especially after using the washroom, there is so much bacteria & germs on ones hands afterwards. I also wash my hands before cooking a meal, or if I had just handled raw meat in the kitchen. Or if I had scratched my head. I think it's important to wash your hands after everything that you do as germs do spread quite fast. Also let's say when I am emptying garbages or putting new bags in the garbage can. I will afterwards go & wash my hands immediately. As I find garbage cans to be one of the dirtiest things that anyone could touch at one point or another. I also will wash my hands after using cleaning products. So if I had just dusted with an orange cleaner or used windex to clean my windows or television screen.. After I am finished cleaning I will go straight to the kitchen sink & use soak to wash my hands. I can only imagine if one wasn't to do this & then decided to go & make dinner afterwards. Think of all the germs that would be going in to the food.. That just makes me cringe to even think about it.. I also do indeed wash my hands before dinner time. As I know I had used my hands to touch raw meat or other food I may have been cooking. I also will wash my hands after dinner at the same time to as well. I will also get my other half to wash his hands before or after dinner as well. We're rather clean people! . . Also when I have gone outside to shovel, or I had just finished mowing the lawn or being in the garden I will automatically come back in & wash my hands as well. I think it's a habit for me to do this as I am so used to doing this in general. I also was raised to wash your hands after each thing you may do in your daily life. I think it's only proper to do this. At least this is what I was raised to believe as I was growing up. In conclusion.. I think it's important for everyone to wash there hands after each thing they do. As if you don't they may spread to someone else. As if you don't.. Things such as bacteria, as well as disease causing viruses can then be transmitted to anyone else that you may come in contact with. It's disgusting to think of how many people who don't make it a habit to go out of there way to wash there hands after what they had been doing in my opinion! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx

yes, i very much often wash my hands,before and after eating,after going to the washroom, when i touched something dirty, or when i got my hands soiled. I am quite particular with keeping my hands and body clean so i wash my hands every now and then. Plus, my face is really sensitive and easily gets pimples so i have to wash my hands because i usually tend to touch my face.

Sometime,I wash my hands before eating.But I have not wash my hands often.
