do you think shooping sites like ebay &...are very authentic?

i dont no much about this....i logged on to ebay and saw some products at a much lower cost than its actual price..i wanted to buy it but was set back by the idea that if it was not authentic...if the product is not of good quality,if i become cheated in any way!!!! i was not sure........can you please tell me about these sites or if you have any good or abad experience with them..........

I have shopped with e-bay for many years and I have had both bad and good experiences.Usually if you pay with a paypal account if something goes wrond then they try and helo get your money back.But the downfall to shopping online is that if you do not like it.You can get your money back but you have to ship it back to whomever and you must pay the shipping.So you are always out a little money good or bad!!

eBay in general is a great site, but like any other site online it has good and bad users. I have been bying and selling for many years and have not ahd any real problems.
When buying just make sure to read the auciont lisiing really well and to email the seller with any questions you might have about the item.
There are rules set to help you if you have a problems with a seller. Most sellers do have return policies. Pay attention to the sellers feedback rating as this will give you a good idea of what kind of seller they are.
Just do your homework, read all terms in the listing, and ask any questions before buying and you should be okay.
