For men! Which one do you prefer, long hair or short hair? And why?

All my guy friends have told me to keep my hair long because they love long hair and think it's sexy. Well, I decided to get my hair cut short anyway (about shoulder-length), and I've gotten so many compliments on it. Even some of my friends that told me not to cut it loved it! I think it depends on your face shape and your hair style, but shorter hair can definitely look just as good, if not better, than longer hair.
