I love stuffed green peppers they are so good and easy to make . Just put about 3 cups of rice in a bowl add 2 cans of tomatoe sauce, 1 cup of shredded cheese, a dash of salt and pepper. Cut tops of green peppers and use filling to stuff them. Put them in the oven for 1 hour on 350. My family loves them. Does anybody else like stuffed green peppers?

I love stuffed green peppers beyond all reason. I have a friend who makes them really well, and I haven't managed to make them as well as she does yet. I think I'll try your version though. I'm used to stuffed green peppers having meat in them, so this is kind of different.

You also can add ground beef. Or the low fat recipe you can use ground turkey. lol

I love stuffed peppers and that's a great recipe. I don't care for green peppers so I'd probably use red or yellow ones.

It sounds like 1 hour would be a bit long, the cheese would be very burnt and everything else probably would be too. I make stuffed peppers but my recipe is different, it includes ground beef and it only cooks for 20 to 30 minutes.

hi msp. thanks for sharing this recipe. i love green peppers and this new recipe is something that i'll definitely try one of these days. i'll experiment and add a couple of sausages or maybe even ground beef. i love cooking and eating. trying out a new recipe such as this makes me excited to go out to the supermarket to shop for ingredients and to do the actual cooking. of course, it'll be my daughter who'll be the judge if the recipe was good or not. thanks again for sharing.
