Well, the usual way of proposing to a girl is always the best. Just talk to her and be yourself. =) Being all fancy about it is OK, but if the 'normal' method works, why bother? =)

the girl has to love you by your character not by your way of proposing. So just say
" I LOVE YOU"

first of all i will decide wheather she too loves me or not ?if yes first i will smile and read the reaction secondly i will say hi! if i will get a chance..then also i will get a response then only i will ask her mob. no. or email i.d. that i can propose her on call or mail..
