kgsaravana If you are working in the same place for a long time, you can achieve a good posotion in that company. But if you are changing your company , achieving good carrier is difficult. Because it takes lot of time to achieve.

kgsaravana If you are working in the same company for a long time , You can achieve a good position in that company. But if you are changing your company , you have to go from base posotion of that company for your qualification.
