Disadvantages of Digital Cameras

i love having one but still there are disadvantages:
i have an estimated total of 2,000 pictures and they were not developed up to now; i stored them in my PC and writable CDs and were forgotten already..duh! do you have the same dilemma too?
it supposed to be memories to be kept in an album but it does not happened to me..so sad! maybe i need to save a lot to have them developed.

I do the exact same thing, I never print my pics and I realy should I have some realy cute ones of my kids.

Well, this is true that people often forget about the photos which they have taken by their digcams as they are huge in no. But my opinion to you is that you should select some special photos from them and get them printed, like some memorable moments or some funny pics. But overall it is also true that these cams are very very useful for us because they are very fast and these photos can be kept any where like you said, in cds, pendrive etc.
