This Is Awesome, No More Tags For Comments!

I just noticed you no longer have to add tags to your comments. It is so much faster when you leave a comment on your own page you are now instantly brought right back to your discussion. Did you notice this? I was always being slowed down by it asking me for the tags, when I already gave my discussion a tag. Thanks My Lot you are Awesome!

No I have not as it is still taking me to the Tags, so I am suprised that it is not taking you there, did you have to set anything or did it just stop taking you to the Tag section?

Well it just stopped taking me there, but today it is back to its old ways again. Must have been a glitch, but it was a good one.

I know isn't that great? I've noticed though with older discussions before the change still ask for them with each comment but I can live with that. At least the new ones don't. It makes it so much easier and faster to post to them now.

Ah then that explains why I think some days it works and others it does not work. It only works on the newer discussions. Ok I take back what I said about it not working today then. It is working on this discussion today.

I have noticed this the other day and yes, this is really good. I just hate to wait for tag when I comment on my own discussion. It was time consuming.

It's pretty good but for me if it would take you back to the page you were making the comment on instead of back to page one then it would be awesome.

I don't think you understand it does NOT take me back to the page I was making a comment on but to the first page where I have already finished making all my comments

I did notice this and am very pleased since we should not have to keep tagging comments on our own discussions. It is great that myLot listens to us and makes the changes necessary to make their members happy. mylot is awesome.

Is it goodbye to tags ?? how come i'm still being asked for them ? now this is strange.. i'm still getting to add tags - is something wrong ?

On the old discussions you will still be asked for them on your comments. On any new discussions you will just comment and then be brought back to the first page of the discussion.

I noticed that the other day and it is great. I hated the tags. Like you, it slowed me down. I am glad we dont need them now.

It didn't really bother me, because it brings up a drop down box so i just pasted in tags from before. But it does save the hassle :)

No the tags were only there so you could search for discussions, but to use a tag on a discussion that I had already tagged seemed useless to me.

After i read this i check my own discussion.The truth is some of them when i read a comment did ask after again tag but some of them ask for tag.I really don't understand the reason.

I agree with you, I think the tags are good for searching but to tag something you've already tagged seemed repetitive to me. Glad they are gone.

I have been here around two weeks.So,I guess the no-tag commenting was included before I got here.Yes, it helps for the ones where we have already added the relevant tags and saves time.But,if I have to be honest ,I realised it only yesterday when I read this discussion of your's.Thanks.
