Now make me jealous and tell me what you see! I've got a railway track and a train station in front of mine at the moment as my office is in the old ticket office. See the photo I've attached taken a few moments ago! Tell me what you can see when you look out the nearest window from you and if possible attach a photo!

I live in a subdivision so what I see outside are residential homes with tall fences that look like prison camps. People worry too much about security and they tend to overdo it. You can hardly see the beauty of the house because of these fences. Outside are children playing and lot of cars parked infront of houses.

Oh no I feel sorry for you having to go shovel snow at anytime but at that time of the morning! Well it's a lovely sunny day here today, not too cold either and I still haven't seen any snow since Nov 05!! Thanks for your response!

Outside the nearest window to me now, I can see the houses on the opposite side of the road, the Church, up on the hill behind the Post Office, a wooden bus shelter to my right, and straight ahead, on the hill beside the church, I can see the School, through the trees. It's very countrified here. I love it. I sit by this window in the mornings and have my breakfast whilst watching the sun come up from behind the trees. It's a wonderful site.
I've posted a photo of the view. Brightest Blessings, Bizzie.

Well, it is pitch dark outside ...
To the left, snow.
To the right, more snow.
Above, ice and snow.
Below, ice all over the ground.
We got hit with a major snowstorm but they were predicting nine inches and we only got four plus freezing rain so things could have been a LOT worse!

Oh wow well I guess the snow is lighting the place up on it's own! Glad that you didn't get the predicted nine inches though! Thanks!

I find my house in the the luckiest location . The reason is that i have a very preeti girl whom i can watch every day in my neighbourhood which is in the right direction. While In the back side of my house there is a Park which is so famous that whole day it is full of public which make my house area look very alive. And in the front side there is a temple where i can see the idol of god which makes my day a holy one. And to the left there is a Small lake which add ro the beauty of my house. So after reading my post if u r thinkin of visitin my house then u r most welcome whenever u visit india.......

Oh dear I go to the window and all that I can see is the neighbours back yard and their home, they are not very nice neighbours and harrass us every day so I do not like or enjoy what I can see out of my nearest window. Sorry I do not have any pictures to put on here. But we do have some lovely trees all around here close to the window.

Sorry to hear that kathy, I've experienced really bad neighbours myself and know what a strain it puts on you! Well at least you have some nice trees to look at! *HUG*

I have a great view of Athens, GA. I can see the university buildings and Sanford Stadium in the background. The buildings are all surrounded by lots of trees and green space. There's a little chapel right below my window, and I can see a bigger church and a steeple in the background. It's a pretty nice view. Some of the buildings are slightly dilapidated, but overall it's a sunny day and everything looks nice. I can watch all the cars driving down the street and stuff.

Oh well at least you're not looking at a brick wall! Sounds pretty nice! I'm home now and although it's dark right now I have usually got around a 20 mile view around Exeter and Devon, in fact if someone hadn't put a hill in the way I would have been able to see the see from here! Thanks for your response!

I can see out my sliding doors into my backyard. Just outside the sliding doors is my new deck leading to my pool. I can also see my shed and a bunch of bushes just waiting for spring to arrive. I can see the gazebo on the deck and my fire pit just dying for me to start it up. Sometimes I do light it and sit indoors so I can watch the fire! Basically, I see my yard, my bushes cover up anyone elses yard, so it's just mine! And I love the view.

Shame you can't upload a pic the parrots sound wonderful!! I love watching the squirrels, they are so much fun - there's one that runs across the platform of the railway station sometimes! Thanks for the insight!
