Chinee chicken slaw

Dressing: 2 tbl.rice vinegar 2 tbl. soy sause 1 tsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. crushed red peper flakes 1 tsp. sesame oil, opt. Salad: 3 cups shredded Chinese cabbage 1/2 cup shredded carrot 4 radishes, sliced 2 cups chopped cooked chicken 3/4 cup show mein noodles In small bowl, combine all dressing ing, mix with wire whisk until well blended. In large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot and radishes. Pour dressing over salad, toss to mix well. Just before serving, add chicken and chow mein noodles to salad, toss gently to mix. 4 servngs of 1 1/2 cups each

this really sounds good do you by chance have one to make KimChee with I love that stuff.

I have made something similar to this using Ramen noodles. It is a very tasty salad that fills you up like a meal. I will try your version too.

Those Chinese can't be wrong. This is one I am thanking you for. I am gong to keep this one handy so I can put this in hubby's lunch. It will fill him and be good for him too. This will take him through a week of lunches since it will be used as a side!! Today must be recipe day for you. It is most welcome my friend!!!

This one sounds delicious. Healthy oil and plenty of veggies! I'll bet it's really filling, also. I can't wait to try it. I'm always looking for ways to use leftover chicken.

Oh goodness! This one looks awesome! I absolutely love a crunchy salad and chineese food is my favorite! The oil is a healthy variety and it is loaded with veggies! It even sounds like it would be pretty (orange,red and green!) Nutritionists say the more colorful a dish the more healthy it is! Thanks for this great recipe ....it has been copied/pasted to my recipe folder!

I make a salad similar to this but doesn't have chicken and uses ramen noodles instead of chow mein.
