Mine is Gigabyte because motherboard look really cool, are reliable and have a lot of features and support.

My favourite brand of motherboard is ASUS because their motherboards are very reliable and have a lot of connections.

My favourite mother board is MSI, because is more reliable, is cheeper, easy to handle with the drivers, so on. Before MSI i had ASROCK on my computer, it sucks, only windows error and stuff i had. I couldn't install even windows xp, i worked only with windows 98. So i think MSI is the best motherboard.

I always go for ASUS mobos. I never really care about what the mobo looks like. I am into the technical stuff and the motherboard's capabilities. =)

Mine is also Gigabyte Geforce 6series. as u say it look really cool and the performance is great, but i cannot do overclocking on this motherboard and everything else is great.
